(2) It's so lush it looks unreal, like a Hollywood studio's idea of a jungle island paradise. Any moment there'll be a chick with a flower in her hair wading through. :o) I shot a lot of pictures of this waterfall -- it's actually a double waterfall -- but this is my favorite. (3) Definitely worth a closer look! Garden statue -- boy with birds. I loved the statuary placed here and there throughout the Garden Conservatory, and this one struck me as particularly sweet. I like the background textures, too. I was taking these with an unfamiliar, borrowed (but awesome!) camera and was dubious about how the white statue in full daylight would come out, even though I was careful about picking an angle where the shadows would keep it from being completely washed out. I'm delighted with how it turned out, especially with the boy's hair and face. - 1 voter (1.00) BAR

Here are all the interior hotel shots, except for the banquet areas. We had to walk approximately 1.5 miles from our room to the banquet hall. I counted my steps. I was in heels, too. Ouch!

A lovely little brook, absolutely worth a closer look. This brook flows from behind the Cascades waterfalls. I found myself wondering how many people miss the gorgeous little views like this because they're overshadowed by the waterfalls and other more dramatic views. There were just so many stunning little nooks tucked away all over the place.

Garden statue -- girl pouring. I just love the way this statue looks, nestled among the burdock leaves. Of course, I have no idea if those are burdock leaves. I just liked the way it sounded. :oD
